¶1ORDERED the July 17, 1973 pro se Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus of Walter Knight, Jr., is hereby denied upon the ground that the said Walter Knight, Jr., has a full appeal in Case No. 73-586 pending in this court from the same April 2, 1973 conviction in the Brevard County, Florida, Circuit Court referred to in this pro se petition.
¶2Habeas corpus denied.
