Safir v. Sacks

¶1In an action to recover damages for breach of contract against a corporation and its president, defendants appeal from an order denying their motion to dismiss the complaint for insufficiency. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Adel, Acting P. J., Wenzel, Schmidt, Beldock and Murphy, JJ., concur.
