People v. Micco

¶1Appeal from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, denying appellant’s motion to vacate a judgment of that court convicting him, on his plea of guilty, of robbery in the third degree and sentencing him to imprisonment for a minimum term of five years and a maximum term of ten years, and for an additional term of from five to ten years, pursuant to section 1944 of the Penal Law.
