¶1We have reviewed the record on appeal and the briefs filed herein, and our consideration thereof requires a conclusion that no error was committed in the trial court. Brown v. State, 192 So.2d 794 (Fla.App. 3rd, 1966). Accordingly, the judgment and sentence herein is affirmed.
