PER CURIAM.

¶1Appellant was convicted as a second offender for a violation of the liquor law in Lubbock County, and his punishment was assessed at a fine of $400 and confinement in the county jail for' a period of 30 days.

¶2The record on appeal contains no statement of facts or bills of exception. All proceedings appear to be regular and nothing is presented for review.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
