U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2008-08-08

Applies 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996)

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion · Decided 2008-08-08

PER CURIAM:

¶1 Kevin Porter, a federal prisoner, appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (2000) petition. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Porter v. Snyder, No. 5:07-hc-02093-BO (E.D.N.C. Mar. 6, 2008). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶2 AFFIRMED.
