Mason v. Wainwright

¶1Upon consideration of the petition for writ of habeas corpus, together with the return thereto filed by respondent, the rule nisi heretofore issued is dissolved. The petitioner having failed to demonstrate error in the proceedings below, his petition for a writ of habeas corpus is accordingly denied.
