¶1Ordered that appellee’s Motion to Dismiss appeal filed October 12, 1973 is hereby granted, and the above-styled case commenced by the filing of a Notice of Appeal on April 26, 1973 in the Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida, in Case No. 71-950, is hereby dismissed.
