Pranks v. State

¶1Conviction in district court of Payette county of assault to murder; punishment, 12 years in the penitentiary. The record is before us, without any statement of facts or bills of exception. The indictment being in proper form, and the charge of the court correctly presenting the law, the judgment will be affirmed.
