¶1Appellant seeks reversal of his conviction in a jury trial on charges of first degree murder for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
¶2We have fully considered the record on appeal and the briefs filed by the parties. It appearing therefrom that appellant has failed to demonstrate that the judgment appealed is erroneous, the said judgment is therefore affirmed.
