Barnett v. State

¶1The conviction is for murder; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of 99 years. The indictment appears regular. The record is before us without bills of exceptions or statements. No fundamental error has been discovered, or pointed out. The judgment is affirmed.
