Hill v. State

¶1The offense is theft, a misdemeanor; punishment fixed at a fine of $15, and confinement in the county jail for a period of seven days. The indictment appears regular. The record is before us without bills of exceptions or statement of facts. No fundamental error has been perceived. The judgment is affirmed.
