Spence v. State

¶1Conviction in criminal district court No. 2 of Dallas county for theft; punishment seven years in the penitentiary. The record contains neither statement of facts nor bills of exception. The indictment charges the offense of theft of property of the value of more than $50. The charge of the court properly submits the law of such offense. No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
