PER CURIAM.

¶1Appellant having failed to demonstrate error, the judgment appealed from is affirmed and the appellee’s application for an allowance of attorney’s fees is granted. The cause is remanded to the trial court to determine a reasonable attorney’s fee for appellee for this appeal.
