¶1In re: State of Louisiana through the District Attorney, Ossie Brown, applying for writ of certiorari.

¶2Writ denied. We cannot say the trial court erred in finding that no exigent circumstances justified the warrantless search.

SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
