Davis v. State

¶1Conviction in district court of Hunt county of selling intoxicating liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary. We find among the papers of this case an affidavit in due form, made by appellant, asking that he be allowed to withdraw his appeal. The request is granted. The appeal is dismissed.
