Matzig v. State

¶1Conviction is for possessing intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; punishment being two years in the penitentiary. Appellant has filed his affidavit, advising this court that he .desires no longer to prosecute his appeal. Complying with his request/ the appeal is dismissed.
