PER CURIAM.

¶1This is a conviction for a violation of the Liquor Control Act, Vernon’s Ann.P.C. art. 666-1 et seq., with a prior conviction for an offense of like character. Punishment was assessed at twenty days in jail and a fine of $300.

¶2The record on appeal contains no statement of facts or bills of exception. All proceedings appear to be regular. Nothing is presented for review.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
