¶1We have concluded-that justice would be best promoted by a retrial of the issues in this case, so that the proof of the value of the services of the plaintiff and of the consulting surgeon might be more clearly established.

¶2Judgment reversed and new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide the event.
