¶1Conviction for passing a forged instrument; punishment, two years in the penitentiary.
¶2The record is here without statement' of facts or bills of exception. The indictment charges the offense, and is followed by the charge of the court, the judgment, and sentence.
¶3No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
