¶1In re: State of Louisiana through Charles B. Bice, District Attorney applying for Writs of Certiorari, Prohibition, Mandamus and Stay Order.
¶2Writ granted. Although relator, the State, had a remedy by appeal from the judgment quashing the indictment (See C. Cr.P. Art. 912), we consider this writ since it was filed timely. The ruling of the trial court quashing the indictment is overruled and the case is remanded. See State v. St. Romain, La.1974, 292 So.2d 531.
