PER CURIAM.

¶1The appellant has failed to demonstrate reversible error, abuse of discretion, or misapplication of the law by the trial court. See Section 924.33, Florida Statutes, F.S.A.; Fouts v. State, 101 Fla. 1248, 133 So. 81 (1931). The judgment is, therefore,
