PER CURIAM.

¶1Habeas corpus is not a substitute for an appeal or for a petition under Rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, 33 F.S.A. See 2 Fla.Jur. Appeals § 36 and 15 Fla.Jur. Habeas Corpus §§ 10, 11 and 14.

¶2The cause is remanded with respectful instructions to dismiss the petition for writ of habeas corpus.

¶3It is so ordered.
