PER CURIAM.

¶1Felony theft is-the offense;- the punishment, 5 years in the1 jpenitentiáry.

¶2The appellant has filed his personal affidavit stating that he no longer desires to prosecute this appeal and requesting that the same be dismissed.

¶3The request is accordingly granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
