BENHAM, Justice,

¶1dissenting.

¶2I write because I respectfully dissent. I believe the Court of Appeals’ opinion was well-reasoned and reached the right result when it concluded that the trial court erred by failing to grant Walker’s motion to suppress. See Walker v. State, 323 Ga. App. 558 (747 SE2d 51) (2013). Accordingly, I cannot join in this Court’s majority opinion.
