¶1This is an appeal from the order of the District Court of Dallas County remanding relator to the custody of the agent of the State of Tennessee.
¶2Relator has filed his personal affidavit stating that he no longer desires to prosecute this appeal and requests that the same be dismissed.
¶3The request is accordingly granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
