¶1By this interlocutory appeal, appellant seeks reversal of an order denying a default judgment against the garnishee.
¶2We have given full consideration to the record on appeal and the briefs submitted by the parties. Appellant having failed to demonstrate reversible or prejudicial error in the proceedings below, or an abuse of judicial discretion, the interlocutory appeal is dismissed.
