¶1The conviction is for unlawfully driving an automobile upon a public road while under the influence of liquor; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of 6 months. The indictment appears regular. The record is before us without statement of facts or bills of exceptions. No fundamental error has been perceived or pointed out. The judgment is affirmed.
