¶1Conviction for assault to murder; punishment, 2 years in the penitentiary. The record is before us without any statement of' facts or bills of exception. The indictment charges the offense correctly, and the charge of the court pertinently submits the issues raised. The judgment and sentence are in accordance with the law. Finding no error in the record, the judgment will be affirmed.
