¶2Writ denied. The showing made does not warrant the exercise of this Court’s supervisory jurisdiction. Where a bill of information has been filed, the granting of a preliminary hearing thereafter lies in the sound discretion of the Judge. There is no abuse of discretion here. La.Code Crim. Proc.
