¶2Writ denied. Our decision in the former injunction suit is now final, Creech v. Capitol Mack, Inc., 287 So.2d 497 (1974). That decision is res judicata. C.C.Arts. 2286, 3556(13). See Quarles v. Lewis, 226 La. 76, 75 So.2d 14 (1954) (Syllabus 2).
