¶1 The deposition offered in evidence, doest -*■ not specify the place where taken, and for that reason it cannot be read; but I do not s.ee why the party who wishes to. use it, may not be permitted to prove that it was taken at ths place mentioned in the notice. And clearly the coimit.issione< may now amend the caption by inserting the place.
