¶1The appeal was argued before the Court by Mr. Par-kick, and Mr. Drattost for appellant, and Mr. PiUName and Mr. Cimows for respondent.

¶2After hearing the counsel the Court of Appeals affirmed the decree of the Circuit Court for the reasons given therein.

¶3Judge Djisatjssurk having been counsel in the. cause, when r; íh¡- bar. declined giving any opinion.
