PER CURIAM.

¶1Appellant, Bradley Dalzell, appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion seeking additional jail time credit. Because the trial court failed to attach portions of the record which refute Dalzell’s claim, the case must be reversed and remanded to the trial court with instructions that the court grant the requested relief or attach portions of the record refuting the claim.

¶2REVERSED AND REMANDED.
