¶1the president pronounced the Court’s opinion, “ that the sheriff’s commission to the appellee, now the subject of controversy, was improvidently issued, and, therefore, void; and, consequently, the mandamus aforesaid, was erroneously awarded.”
¶2Judgment reversed, and the mandamus quashed.
