¶1Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered April 17, 1968, in Sullivan County, which granted plaintiff’s motion for a trial preference pursuant to CPLR 3403 (subd. [a], par. 3). Appellants seem to us to advance no sound reason for our interfering with the exercise of the Trial Term’s discretion. Order affirmed, with costs. Gibson, P. J., Herlihy, Aulisi, Staley, Jr., and Gabrielli, JJ., concur in memorandum by the court.
