¶1concurring. I concur in the majority opinion, except I do not agree that the fact that the same officer executed the affidavit and served the search warrant has any relevance. I do not agree that the “particularity” requirement of the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution can be satisfied, even in part, by reference to the identity of the executing officer.
