30 Ga. App. 127

Smith v. State

Court of Appeals of Georgia

Decided April 10, 1923

Court of Appeals of Georgia · decided 1923-04-10

Decided 1923-04-10

Broyles, C. J.

¶1The defendant was convicted of the larceny of baled cotton. The motion for a new trial contained the usual general grounds only. The testimony of the defendant’s accomplices as to his guilt was sufficiently corroborated by other evidence, and the court did not err in refusing to grant a new trial.

¶2 Judgment affirmed.

Imice and Bloodworth, JJ., concur.
