Action by S. A. Guiberson, Jr. against Julius Fried and wife for an accounting of proceeds acquired from an assignment of defendant’s interest in an oil lease. There was a judgment for plaintiff and defendants bring error.

Burgess, Judge. Action by W. J. Wood against E. C. Stevenson, to enjoin tbe foreclosure of a mortgage and for a decree of satisfaction and other equitable relief. From a judgment of dismissal, plaintiff appeals. The material facts are stated in the opinion.

Mentzer, Judge. Action by the North Laramie Land Company as plaintiff, against the Board of County Commissioners of Platte County as defendants, to restrain proceedings of defendant in the location and establishment of a public road, running through and taking part of plaintiff’s land. From a judgment for defendant, plaintiff brings error. Other material facts are stated in the opinion.

Eeroe to District Court, Niobrara County; William C. Mentzer, Judge. Action by James Edwards against Eugene B. Willson and another, doing business under the name of Willson Bros., for an accounting and judgment for division of profits derived from certain sheep owned and ranged by the parties. There was a judgment for plaintiff, and plaintiff and defendants bring error.
