¶1Petitioner filed a petition for writ of ha-beas corpus, whereupon the court entered its order commanding the respondent to show cause, if any, why the petitioner should not be granted full appellate review under the provisions of Baggett v. Wainwright, Fla., 229 So.2d 239.
