¶1The conviction is for the transportation of an illicit beverage; to-wit: Wine in a container to which no tax stamp was affixed showing the payment of the tax due thereon to the State; the punishment, sixty days in jail.
¶2The record on appeal contains no statement of facts or bills of exception. All proceedings appear to be regular and nothing is presented for review.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
