¶1This appeal is taken from two judgments below. As to lower court Case No. 74-89, the notice of appeal was untimely filed; accordingly, that appeal is hereby dismissed.
¶2The judgment and sentence entered in lower court Case No. 73-386 are hereby affirmed.
