¶1The offense is unlawfully transporting an alcoholic beverage in a dry area; the punishment was a fine of $200.
¶2In the absence of statement of facts, we are unable to determine whether the motion for a directed verdict, the requested charge, or the objection to the court’s charge, as presented in his bills of exception, reflect error.
¶3The proceedings appearing regular and no reversible error being apparent, the judgment is affirmed.
