¶2I agree fully with the result achieved by the majority. However, I would affirm the trial court’s refusal to receive the exculpatory, extrajudicial statement made by Clary Orr, Jr. for reasons set forth in the opinion of Mr. Justice Roberts in Commonwealth v. Colon, 461 Pa. 577, 337 A.2d 554 (1975).
