¶1In re: John Bowman applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.
¶2Writ granted. Sentence set aside; case remanded to trial judge for resentencing considering the fact that Mrs. John Bowman is no longer the wife of John Bowman as a result of divorce decree dated September 18, 1974. Accordingly, under these circumstances, R.S. 14:74 is not applicable to her, but solely to the child.
