¶1Through a Suggestion of Death filed in this record, the court has been informed that the appellant, John L. Colucci, passed away on February 5, 1975. At the time of the appellant’s death this cause was completely ready for decision but the decision had not been rendered. Under these circumstances, a revivor of this suit against the deceased party is not necessary. Fla. App. Rules 3.11, subd. e(5).
