Judgment reversed, and a new trial! ordered, with costs to abide the event, unless tneplaintiff shall stipulate to reduce the judgment as to-damages to the sum of $393, and interest thereom from November 23, 1892, in which event the judgment, as so modified, is affirmed, without costs of the; appeal to either party.
