State v. Betts

Court of Appeals of Oregon

Decided October 24, 1977

Court of Appeals of Oregon · decided 1977-10-24

Decided 1977-10-24

PER CURIAM.

¶1The defendant, having been convicted upon trial to the court of a traffic crime, appeals, contending there was no evidence sufficient to make a question of fact. The testimony of one of the witnesses, if believed, was sufficient to support a finding of guilty. The trial court apparently believed that witness.

¶2Affirmed.
