MORROW, P. J.

¶1The conviction is for the unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquor; penalty, confinement in the penitentiary for one year.

¶2The indictment appears regular. A plea of guilty was entered. The record is before this court without statement of facts or bills of exceptions. No fundamental error has been perceived.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
