¶1The offense is for the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; punishment fixed 'at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of one year.
¶2The indictment is regular and regularly presented. There is no statement of facts; nor is there presented for review by bills of exceptions or otherwise any complaint of the ruling of the trial court.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
